Been here almost 3 years and still want to stay! The location is perfect and couldn't be better. The pool, gym, and most of all the staff. Candace at the leasing office is the best! Every time we've needed anything it seems like we are the top priority on her list. By far the best management I've experienced in apartment living.

I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Arabelle Riverwalk. From the moment I walked in, the office staff stood out for their exceptional friendliness. They not only greeted me warmly but also took the time to address me by my name, making the whole process more personal and welcoming. They patiently answered all my questions, providing valuable insights into the community and making the leasing process seamless. I felt valued and supported. The cleanliness of the apartments was another standout feature. Upon moving in, I found the living space to be meticulously maintained. It's evident that the management takes pride in creating a pleasant living environment. I would recommend Arabelle to others seeking a positive rental experience.

Arabelle Riverwalk only cares about profit and does not care about customer satisfaction. I initially moved in when it was Manor Riverwalk. I moved out after it had switched to Arabelle Riverwalk under a new management group. Arabelle Riverwalk refused to give me my security deposit back because they didn’t have proof of it since it was the prior management company. I provided them with email receipt of my security deposit. They said they would look into it. Months have passed and they have not returned any calls or emails. I took great care of the apartment and even got it professionally cleaned before I move out. This is just one example. The apartment complex does not keep up with maintenance or repairs. I was very disappointed in the new management group that took this building over. It was run much better under initial management group when it was Manor Riverwalk. I would caution anyone who is considering moving in here. They will not work with you to do what is right, they are all about making profit and doing the bare minimum to maintain the building.

Edit: Move in for the delightful experience of sharing your living space with wandering homeless individuals, enjoy the company of non-residents in the gym, and savor the thrill of open-package roulette. Delight in the dog park resembling a fleece pond, watch your dogs yearn for hydration at the non-functional water fountain, and relish the unique balcony and car theft experience. The Assistant Community Manager, Candace, and staff excel at the art of rent collection, with building maintenance and security as her optional side quests. A solid 10/10! Channelside could never.
